Note: This is a handmade print, so each individual print will vary slightly, making each print a unique object.
The last light cutting through the clouds on one of the last days in late autumn before the first snowfall, I painted the picture that this print is based on, while standing in the brittle, rustling reeds of a frozen salt marsh. To emphasize the lonely feeling of this scene, I heard a single coyote’s whoop and yowl echo across the ice as I packed up. I hope that a little of the sound and chill of that spot comes through in this print.
